The dining experience was really good, particularly the buffet with good options like roasted lamb, chargrilled beef, and a variety of Arabic delicacies. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with staff attentively ensuring a nice meal. The room was cozy with beautiful views from the balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee and enjoying the scenery.

my room was a nice size, with a safe, a minibar, and an iron. the staff were all very amiable, which was unquestionably a plus. the location was magnificent and perfect and beds were comfortable.

Laundry services need significant improvement!!! Room upgrades should be based on availability, not nationality!!! Communication about deposits must be clearer to avoid confusion!!! Lower noise levels needed from banquet events, especially during weddings!!!

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the a double room itself was nicely furnished and incredible. The location was excellent for first time visitors to Riyadh.

Magnificent, lovely location in Riyadh, adjacent to Riyadh exhibition center which is away from traffic, the Ministry of tourism and the attached restaurant. Well furnished and new-fashioned rooms with balcony, attentive staff.

Was easily accessible, with local shops and a park within walking distance. My stay was quite pleasant, although the shower had drainage issues and required attention. It provided a comfortable environment for my needs.

The balconies in my Standard Room with Balcony offered a lovely escape, perfect for enjoying the city view. The staff at the coffee shop were especially friendly, greeting me warmly each morning. I also appreciated the comfortable room amenities.

The room service menu was quite limited, and it was annoying to find many dinner items unavailable after multiple attempts. While the overall atmosphere was vibrant, it felt slightly overwhelming, especially during peak hours. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the quality toiletries added a touch of luxury.

Had a nice stay with easy access to a decent gym and a hot tub that was really relaxing. I enjoyed the steam room after a long day, which was a nice perk. Only downside was that the room had a bit of street noise at night, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊
